All sales are final. Final sale items include, but are not limited to, any trading cards and products containing any trading cards. No returns for sealed products.
Any returns or order cancellations will incur a 10% processing fee, this includes orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We will not refund any shipping costs paid, including shipping costs paid by us, after an item has been shipped.
All packages will ship within 1-3 business days of ordering UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday without counting Holidays.
Our sealed products are sent factory sealed, in the original factory wrapping (when applicable). We are not responsible for rips or imperfections in the wrappings, or missing or damaged components inside the factory sealed item.
Sealed product is sold with the intent of the customer opening the product, as intended by the manufactures, unless noted otherwise in the listing. Please be aware that damage to outer packaging does not impact the contents of the box.
When using mail forwarding companies for international orders, we cannot be held responsible for the contents of your package in any way, as we do not have any traceability of the package, and cannot confirm if any mishandling occurred after the package was marked as delivered, during the time in their possession, or in transit from the mail forwarding company to the customer.
GabosTCG ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
GabosTCG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Ownership of packages turned over to USPS and UPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for Stolen, lost, held, or damaged packages.
